What is Flori the automated attendant?

With the use of our automated social media attendant, we can increase your customer base and sales. We use chatbot AI technology to power the automated attendant.
This template will help you get users through purchasing or sending a virtual flower arrangement. With Stripe payments integrated, you can accept payments with out leaving messenger.
The automatic response of Flori will provide a smooth process.
How it works the user will interact with Flori, Flori will keep the information the user provides so that you can re-engage them through marketing efforts or post on your Facebook page.

What is the cost of your service?

The basic virtual bouquet template is a one time fee $29.95, and we host the template on our partners platform Chatfuel.
Chatfuel has a trial package that lets you set up your template and use it for free until you reach 50 users, then they charge a reasonable fee per month $15 to gain more users. The steps below help you through the process.

How do I set up the template?

You will need a facebook business page, that is set up. Then go to Chatfuel sign in with your Facebook login. Chat Fuel Bot hosting must be the admin login for your facebook business page. Your chatfuel account will be set up at this point.
Now click on this link provided it will take you to the template that you purchased it will create a new Bot. Change the name Flori if you would like to create your own. You will also need to upload a photo of the new product you want to display for your Virtual product.
Connect the template to your Post or Paid ad. There are a few entry point options, one will connect your template to a paid advertisement, another to post that you make on your page through the comments people make. There are several other options for points of entry. You can go through Chatfuel’s tutorials
